The crystal belongs to the triclinic system, space group P (1) over bar with a = 8.5833(8), b = 11.9168(12), c = 14.4424(14) angstrom, alpha = 84.208(3)degrees, beta = 88.427(3)degrees, gamma = 73.704(3)degrees, V= 1410.7(2) angstrom(3), Z = 2, F(000) = 480, mu = 0.064 mm(-1), S = 0.966, the final R = 0.0484 and wR = 0.1388 for 5041 observed reflections with I > 2 sigma (I) and 316 variable parameters. The preliminary biological tests show that the title compound has a good antitumor activity against K562 in vitro.
